The researcher discussed in his research a study of the word (Batultu) in Mesopotamia, its definition, meaning, and precedence of its appearance among the Sumerians, and those who came after them from the Akkadian, and that term is rooted in island nations such as the Hebrews and its appearance in legal legislation.
