A recently published book entitled (The End of a War and the Beginning of Another the General Conditions in Iraq) between 1988-1991 was published by the Kufa Studies Center / University of Kufa by Prof. Dr. Haider Nizar Al-Sayyid Salman lecturer in the Department of Islamic Archeology, College of Archeology / University of Kufa, as the book consists of three chapters, dealing with the historical importance of these critical years this study came to the general situation in Iraq.
