A delegation of students visited the department of manuscripts and historical documents at the faculty of archeology – University of Kufa accompanied by lecturer Dr. Ali Zuhair Al-Sarraf for the Al-Fadl center for the preservation of manuscripts heritage documents and documentary archives the al-Abbas’s Holy Shrine in Karbala governorate looking at the departments that are directly related to the academic materials and the professional goals of the department during the visit to preserve the manuscripts from damage and how to treat them from the damages that occurred to them as a result of the passage of time, as well as watching the stages of restoring the various manuscripts.
