The Faculty of Archeology – University of Kufa held a scientific symposium entitled (Women between the Iraqi Constitution – Civil Law – and Islamic Sharia) under the supervision of the Women’s Empowerment Unit, on Thursday corresponding to 1/12/2022. The symposium had two axes: the first axis included an explanation of women and their status in Islamic law, while the second axis included women and their place in the Iraqi constitution and law.
