A book entitled (International Responsibility according to the rules of public international law) has recently been published.

Recently, a book entitled (International Responsibility according to the Rules of Public International Law) was published by the University Book House in the United Arab Emirates, Dr. Muhammad Jabbar Al-Abdali, a teacher at the College of Archeology/University of Kufa in partnership with Dr. Ishaq Abu Taha from Al Buraimi University College in the Sultanate of Oman. It aims to shed light on the concepts of international disputes, their types and means of settling them, and determining the provisions of international responsibility resulting from them, to redress the damage caused to persons of international or internal law as a result of harmful acts attributed to other countries or international organizations, through compensation in kind, financial or moral, adding, “As The book deals with the application of the rules of international law regarding international responsibility to the conflicts that occur between persons of public international law.
