A book entitled (The Rights of the Accused in the Iraqi Criminal Procedure Code according to international standards) was recently published under the supervision of Counselor Dr. Riyad Abu Saeeda and prepared by Judge Mahmoud Al-Jazaery and Dr. Sabah Sami Daoud. The book consists of three chapters, and based on the importance of human rights for humanity and emphasizing its leading role in Nations and peoples advance and in support of their continuous and direct role in the formation of generations bearing responsibility, advancement and sustainable development in various fields, especially with regard to the philosophy of law and contemporary legislation of legal thought and the formulation of the legislative text.
