Training in Germany

Within the program of cooperation and exchange of experiences signed between the Faculty of ArchaeologyUniversity of Kufa and the German Institute of Archaeology, it has been hosting both (Prof. Dr. Abdul-Sattar al-Janabi, the Scientific Assistant of our college ) and (Dr. Fatima Abbas Mamouri) Chairperson of the old Iraqi antiquities department in training Berlin’s Free University  on the latest methods of scientific research in the effects and methods of maintenance and restoration, and two weeks of training at the end of the training period, each received a certificate of participation. It is worth mentioning that the memorandum of cooperation and exchange of expertise signed with the German side is a distinct step to develop the scientific expertise of staff in the Faculty of Archaeology.
